About the Job::
In the role of Recruitment Sourcing Officer you will provide research and sourcing support for the Executive Recruitment & Sourcing Team. The role will be primarily focused on candidate identification using social media and deep-web search and subsequently sharing such data and market intelligence with the Executive Recruitment & Sourcing Team to support their candidate approach efforts. Where required, the Recruitment Sourcing Officer will identify approach and shortlist candidates for variety of senior and specialized roles.
To be successful in this role you must hold a Bachelors Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of job related experience (Recruitment, Social media, HR Analytics etc.). Experience of working as a researcher within an executive search firm, professional recruitment agency or as an in-house head-hunter will be an advantage. Global markets experience is important and you must have dealt with multinational companies, internationally-located candidates and/or a diverse range of Hiring Managers. Excellent research and sourcing skills (including a thorough understanding of Boolean search techniques) will be necessary along with ability to identify pertinent market developments and share these with the Executive Recruitment and Sourcing Team.
The role will require a curious and diligent person, who is detail oriented, extremely resourceful, analytical and capable of capturing & processing high volume of data. Excel and Powerpoint skills are a huge plus!
