To be considered for this role, you will need a trade or vocational qualification combined with experience in airport operations of a leading airline or a Ground Handling agent.
An understanding of baggage claim procedures and a working knowledge of WorldTracer is required. You should also be able to effectively manage mishandled baggage, including service recovery situations. Completion of the Passenger Handling and Customer Service Course, such as the Introduction to Civil Aviation and Passenger Handling is required.
Ability to work shift work, including nights and weekends is required.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
