About Your Job:

The Specialist Collaborative Learning is responsible for promoting learning through collaboration, which will develop performance across Qatar Airways groups. This involves planning, implementation and monitoring of collaboration learning technology and the development of collaborative learning interventions.

As a Specialist Collaborative Learning you will be monitoring and maintaining implemented online learning platforms, engage with online learning communities to recognize learning needs and opportunities to ease the learning experience. You will be supporting the management in developing skills area to ensure QR employees mature and able to adopt innovative ways of learning.

Facilitate collaborative initiatives to build high-performance business units aligned with the business strategy and leadership agenda. Build strong relationships with the stakeholders, teams and customers within the organization to understand the learning gap within the business.

This role also delegate you to plan and implement opportunities for members of QR staff to network, communicate, mentor, and learn from each other. Even more develop and implement blended learnings and online learning solutions.

This role requires the candidate to have experience within video creation/editing as well as digital learning and instruction design.

As an ambassador for Talent Development, you will have to build solid professional relationships with stakeholders, customers and managements at all levels within the business. Also maintain positive and ‘can do’ attitude and passion for learning and collaboration within the company.


About You:

To be successful in this role you should have a Bachelor’s Degree  . A minimum of 5 years in job-related experience (creating, designing, and delivering training). 

You should possess well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
