You will need to hold a Bachelor Degree or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of job-related experience. You will need to work in a supervisory level for at least 3 years within Customer Experience in Airline Management /Aviation.
You will have comprehensive knowledge of Airport operations, which includes Passenger handling and Ground handling. You will have ability to process and work with confidential information and self -manage assignments.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional multi-tasking, strong leadership, problem solving, thrive on pressure, decision making and excellent negotiation/influencing skills as you oversee the daily operations on your shift. You will support and monitor your colleagues, providing clear and concise communication to all units of the Hub Operation.
