In this role, you will plan and monitor all activities relevant to Ground Services – Ramp Services unit ensuring consistent delivery standards and on-time performance is maintained at the highest level. You will be responsible to ensure that all staff members under the jurisdiction adhere to the safety regulations and maintain discipline as per the company’s policies.
You will represent Ground Services management round the clock, being the focal point for all ramp activities and queries from Airlines. You will work closely with QE Cabin Crew, QACC and Bond Stores to ensure all catering requests are met to ensure a smooth operation and maintain stock in QE Catering stores. You will also coordinate with Ground Services to ensure smooth Passenger Embarkation / Disembarkation, as well as baggage loading/offloading.
