In this position, you will be responsible to re-develop the Food Management strategy for our multiple units. This includes anticipating change in the work environment and set up activities are carried out as per Food Safety Guidelines with 100% control of HACCP requirements. Moreover you will contribute to future business development strategies and opportunities at a strategic and operational level.
Additionally you will lead and manage a team, by establishing team objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives and regularly evaluates team's objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed. Also, you will take responsibility for own ongoing personal development and growth of expertise and trains and develops other employees, for proper succession planning and risk management.
Finally you will be responsible to ensure that employees at all levels understand work health and safety requirements and expectations through provision of relevant QR Group induction, information instruction, training and supervision. You will also ensure that all managers and supervisors understand work health and safety requirements and expectations to the extent that they can pass on relevant information, identify training needs and provide appropriate supervision in their workplace.
