About The Job:

You will have the exciting opportunity to provide a recruitment service like no other. Your accountabilities will include developing recruitment solutions to attract the appropriate level and quality of employees for roles based in and out of Qatar and effectively influencing others to provide successful recruitment outcomes.

It will be your responsibility to source candidates using multiple sourcing methodologies, design, conduct and record diverse assessments while providing comprehensive selection decision support to line managers. You will set the example to recruiters, hiring managers and candidates and will always work at a premium level. You will coach your fellow staff to success and continue to build a team environment.

About You:

You will be an expert Recruiter with a minimum 7 years of job-related experience. You will be degree qualified preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or an equivalent professional qualification with at least 2 years in a leadership role. A diploma in Personnel Management or Aviation or a related qualification in Recruitment will be advantageous.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, working within set deadlines in a systematic and organised manner. Current experience working in a recruitment role within an airline is preferred.  

You will have the proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business and be capable to negotiate and influence others with a strong focus on delivery.
