Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) - An Award-winning catering company, provides exclusive catering services to Qatar Airways and other airlines that service Hamad International Airport.

About Your Job:

You will be responsible to execute all aspects of the menu grid management required to maintain accurate and up-to-date Bill of Materials in Enterprise Resource Planning for necessary execution of efficient Material Requirement Planning and to facilitate proper costing of menus. You will be asked to carry out daily and monthly ordering based on system generated forecast to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and optimal stock control. 

About You:

In this position, you will be required to communicate and interact with multiple stakeholders to coordinate with QACC Planing Team regarding material resource planning aspect. You would be required to communicate with suppliers, predominantly overseas, on order requirement changes, when it comes to delivery schedules and cancellations. You would manage the Request of Reconciliation process to avail of Customs duties exemption while following the Qatar Airways guidelines.  

Finally you will be responsible to ensure that employees at all levels understand work health and safety requirements and expectations through provision of relevant QR Group induction, information instruction, training and supervision. You will also ensure that all managers and supervisors understand work health and safety requirements and expectations to the extent that they can pass on relevant information, identify training needs and provide appropriate supervision in their workplace.



Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

In order to be eligible for this role,  you would possess a high school certificate or equivalent and have a minimum 4 years of job- related experience. You would have advance knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning system and MS Office . Additionally, you would possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
