In this position, you would be require to develop future strategy for the business needs ensuring the departments requirements are identified and represented. Also, you will be in charge of designing and implementing appropriate audit programs to assess and drive the department's performance in line with Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) and customer expectations.
Additionally you will manage all operational aspects of the Airline Services departments to ensure product and service requirements are met to the agreed budgets and KPI's. You will use your communication skills to consult with airline representatives in order to develop the departments’ future strategy in terms of customer focus.
Moreover, you will be leading your team by overseeing and supervising the daily activities such as recruiting, training, developing and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
