In this position, you will be responsible to ensure that Assembly & Amiri provide efficient and exceptional standard of service. This includes that meals are pre-set as per standard menu grid specification and GLP provided by airlines and set up activities are carried out as per Food Safety Guidelines with 100% control of HACCP requirements. Moreover you will be in charge of developing, implementing and conducting training programs in conjunction with the QACC managers.
Additionally you will lead and manage a team, by establishing team objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives and regularly evaluates team's objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed. Also, you will take responsibility for own ongoing personal development and growth of expertise and trains and develops other employees, for proper succession planning and risk management.
Finally you will be responsible to ensure that employees at all levels understand work health and safety requirements and expectations through provision of relevant QR Group induction, information instruction, training and supervision. You will also ensure that all managers and supervisors understand work health and safety requirements and expectations to the extent that they can pass on relevant information, identify training needs and provide appropriate supervision in their workplace.
