Hamad International Airport (HIA) is the hub for the rapidly expanding international Qatar Airways network. Open 24/7 and located just five km from Doha's city centre, the airport is used by more than 35 regional and international airlines. It is also home to the world’s only terminal dedicated to Qatar Airways First and Business Class passengers.

About Your Job:

You will be responsible to prepare the seasonal and the day to day fixed resources allocation plan and in addition to conduct allocation planning studies for seasonal schedule and ad hoc basis for internal and external stakeholders to assist in slot allocations at HIA. The resource plan consists of the apron, stand, gate and check in allocation where allocation is based on the initial seasonal plan and subject to all schedule changes throughout the season. Monitors changes to the available capacity and notifies HIA Management accordingly. Prepares and distributes statistics and reports related to airport's traffic and fixed resources utilization that can be used for operational, strategic and commercial decisions. Conducts resource allocation planning studies by using planned flight schedules.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have:-

  • Relevant college or university qualification to minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years at a fixed resource allocation planning position.
  • Excellent knowledge of resource allocation software modelling and use.
