To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification with a minimum 4 years of job-related experience required.
You must be able to work under pressure to defined tight timescales with an ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements. You will be fluent in Polish and English language as well as having previous exposure to HR procedures and guidelines.You must have knowledge of Polish labour legislation. Contact Center / airline experience will be a plus .
You must be computer literate with the ability to use database packages and have the initiative to solve recruitment problems and become a role model for e-recruitment practices.
