In this role you will provide professional Human Resources support to Qatar Airways business in Brazil and Argentina, providing support to the Regional Manager HR and Country Management Team. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the HR strategy in all areas of recruitment, organisational design, retention and reward and employee engagement. You will support and provide guidance, advice and coaching to line managers on all HR policies, procedures and processes.
Your key accountabilities will include but not be limited to:
Working with the key line managers in a consultancy role assisting their understanding and implementing of policies and procedures. You will drive the HR agenda and implement key actions as agreed. Providing HR support to the business, including documentation and approval process you will assist with the development of accurate job descriptions and implement policies such as performance management, disciplinary and absence management.
You will provide advice and assistance on pay and other renumeration issues including promotions and transfers and the management of employee changes or salary increases which don't involve the recruitment department. You will be required to gather data and statistical reports as well as assisting with composing correspondence and memoranda, repots and documents.
It will also be expected that you will drive innovation through communication and sharing of learning across the Human Resources Division to facilitate continuous improvement.
