In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing current processes in the planning department and carry out business analysis in order to identify improvements. You will also be in charge of ensuring that all menus are correctly mapped in JD Edwards for accurate forecasting by conducting regular reviews. Moreover you will ensure all menu grids are accurately created and uploaded on JDE in good time for internal review by the planning team for ordering and costing purposes.
Additionally you will lead and manage a team, by establishing team objectives . Also, you will take responsibility for own ongoing personal development and growth of expertise and trains and develops other employees, for proper succession planning and risk management.
Finally you will be responsible to ensure that employees at all levels understand work health and safety requirements and expectations through provision of relevant QR Group induction, information instruction, training and supervision. You will also ensure that all managers and supervisors understand work health and safety requirements and expectations to the extent that they can pass on relevant information, identify training needs and provide appropriate supervision in their workplace.
