In this position, you will be require to develop future strategy for the business needs ensuring the departments requirements are identified and represented. You will design and implements appropriate audit programs to assess and drive the department's performance in line with Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) and customer expectations.
Additionally, you will be in charge of the Structure succession planning within the department to ensure continuity of service, continued development and efficiencies through future business growth. You will ensure to establish the department's vehicle fleet requirements for future demands of the business as well as develop contingency plans and risk management for the department in conjunction with the company's subject matter experts. Furthermore, you will managing all operational aspects of the Service Delivery department to ensure product and service requirements are met to the agreed budgets and KPI's.
Moreover, you will be leading your team by overseeing and supervising the daily activities such as recruiting, training, developing and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
