Department:

In the role of Member Service agent you will be responsible to receive, review and enter information into the computer systems according to established procedures. You will ensure accuracy of all data recorded and maintain appropriate filing process for all documents received.  Only candidates who see themselves adapting to a high pressure profession need apply.

You will have a flexible mind-set and expected to take other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Management and be highly conscientious of On-time Performance and ensure all documents received are logged as appropriate and provides reports and data when requested. 

Person: To be successful in this roles you will have a High School Certificate and excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language. Previous related work experience will be considered as an advantage. You will have a very good knowledge of MS office applications and be able to work under pressure and able to deliver tasks within tight deadlines whilst maintaining confidentiality.
