In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Contact Centre team ensuring smooth functioning and assist in improving the efficiency of various existing work functions. Also include but is not limited to handling of confidential and sensitive issues related to the Department requiring a high degree of discretion and follow up and performing a variety of administrative functions related to the respective department.
You will be expected to organize and execute proper administration documents viz. Leaves, tickets, accommodation, special staff requests etc. and tracking of all administration issues ensuring closure of issues.
Additionally you will be the focal point of contact between various departments whilst promoting high standard of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact and you are expected to stay focused and flexible in a frequently hectic deadline-oriented environment in order to deliver to tight deadlines and control Contact Centre administration to achieve Team targets.
