About Your Job:

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Contact Centre team ensuring smooth functioning and assist in improving the efficiency of various existing work functions. Also include but is not limited to handling of confidential and sensitive issues related to the Department requiring a high degree of discretion and follow up and performing a variety of administrative functions related to the respective department.

You will be expected to organize and execute proper administration documents viz. Leaves, tickets, accommodation, special staff requests etc. and tracking of all administration issues ensuring closure of issues.

Additionally you will be the focal point of contact between various departments whilst promoting high standard of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact and you are expected to stay focused and flexible in a frequently hectic deadline-oriented environment in order to deliver to tight deadlines and control Contact Centre administration to achieve Team targets.

About You:

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 3 years of job related experience, with at least a High School or Associate Degree. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form. Conversant with the principles and techniques of task assigned. Ability to make independent judgement in the absence of supervision; and to work independently, maintain confidentiality.

You should possess the ability to independently handle correspondence with other departments within the company through telephone, emails and personal contact. You should have excellent communication skills in spoken/written English & Polish with proficiency in advanced computer applications such as MS office is an essential requirement of the job. Successful candidates must be service-oriented individuals, confident with a high degree of attention to details and who possess a high level of self-discipline and responsibility
