We are looking for Customer Services Agent with a natural flair of delivering unforgettable service at our Qatar Airways Customer Contact Centres located in Ahmedabad (India).
As a Customer Service Agent you will provide excellent customer service to Qatar Airways customers through telephone, emails and fax and optimize passenger satisfaction. Your main duties will be making new reservations; changes to existing reservations; quoting the correct fares, rules of carriage; issuance / re-issuance of tickets; and processing any refunds, in voice process.
While in non- voice, make new reservations / amend existing reservations for Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) members and deduct the corresponding Qmiles from the back – office system. Also responding to member’s queries though email and service requests that they create from individual FFP accounts.
