About your job::

As an HR Manager India, you would provides professional Human Resources support to the Regional HR Business Partner (RHRBP) and Country Management team, contributes to the development and implementation of the HR strategy in all areas of recruitment, organisational design, retention and reward and employee engagement, support and provide guidance, advice and coaching to line managers on all HR policies, procedures and processes.

Some of the key responsibilities in this role would be : 

  • Understand business objectives and work closely with the RHRBP to implement HR strategy and actions.
  • Assist in development of line managers and building a high performance & value based culture.
  • Development and management of key people management statistics and actions to address.
  • Analyse, anticipate HR risks & challenges associated with the business and recommend necessary actions.
  • Supports, coaches and advises a differentiated client group within the Country (Commercial, Contact Centre, Ground services, Cargo, Security and Finance).
  • Assists with the development of accurate job descriptions and the recruitment approval process
  • Implements Human Resources policies such as performance management, disciplinary and absence management.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend actions in line with the local laws and company policies.
  • Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.


 

About you:

To be successful in this role Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.  Preference would be given to candidates holding a Masters Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or a recognized accreditation in Human Resources

You would need to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and it is essential to have a knowledge of Labour laws, handling labour compliance and local laws.  You should be experienced in managing performance, talent development, employee engagement in a large organisation and have Well-developed lateral and analytical thinking skills. 

You should have proven management skills and an ability to engage, inspire and influence people.  You will have to be fluent in English and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and best practice HR management theories.
