The Manager Direct Sales USA, will be responsible for developing revenues from direct channels (CTO,ATO,CCC and QR.COM) as well as online travel agents in the US. Working closely with each partner to monitor results, identify opportunities where QR can grow and execute initiates-pricing, incentive and Marketing etc.
You will provide leadership on a strategic and commercial level for all channels and staff within the US, motivating reporting team to achieve department revenue and operational targets. Develops and delivers on agreed strategic direction for channels including achievement of overall direct channel shift to QR.COM and ongoing rationalisation and improvement to existing processes/functions.
You will closely work with the Country manager and Marketing manager to develop the marketing plan for the year for QR.COM-taking into account the sales strategy. Prepare creative assets for the website in corporation with headquarters/marketing-including banner ads, email newsletters, images etc. You will manage the dedicated QR landing pages and ensure all contents is up to date with current QR infor.Track the ROI for the marketing campaigns; optimise and refresh the IO’s as needed.
Management and Leadership:
You will lead, manage and motivate the team, taking overall responsibility for delivery of performance. Establish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with support business objectives. Regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices and makes appropriate changes if needed. Manage mishandled customers when required. Identify and implement longer terms improvements in order to enhance sales and customer satisfaction as well as taking strategic lead on all key projects within the area of responsibility, driving productivity and organisational improvements to achieve cost of sale reduction and improvements in improvements in operations.
