As Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the HR strategy across the Europe Region.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager – Business Support (International), you will lead on matters regarding HR strategy and operations for a growing client population in the region, covering multiple stations.
You will function as strategic HR Business Partner to the Regional Leadership team (Commercial, Ground Services, Cargo and Finance) and work with internal stakeholders to develop HR strategies and policies that support business growth and reinforce a culture of performance.
The role will require a person who is capable of working strategic while also undertake operational day to day work.
You will lead and provide strategic guidance in relation to organisational design and development, learning and development, performance and reward, and employee engagement. You will contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritise and build company capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes and support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the department and business strategy.
The role will be placed in London with some travel to the station offices.
