Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) Recruitment team is coming to a Recruitment Event in KSA in August 2017.

Qatar Aircraft Catering Company provides exclusive catering services to Qatar Airways and other airlines operating from Hamad International Airport (HIA). Led by an award- winning catering team, QACC has been pushing the boundaries of in-flight cuisine to reflect Qatar Airways five- star reputation. The catering facility at HIA spans an extraordinary 69,000 square meters, making it one of the largest self-contained facilities in the world.

Our open positions include:

 SERVICE DELIVERY

Service Delivery Duty Officer

  • Minimum 4 years managerial experience from flight catering companies

  • Strong knowledge of inflight catering operations (Dispatch, Ramp, Transport)

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Advanced computer knowledge

 

Equipment Operator

  • Minimum 3 years of experience driving high loader from aviation/ flight catering companies

  • Holder of Heavy Vehicle driving license

  • Good English communication skills

  • Computer literate

 

Transport Supervisor

  • Minimum 5 years of related  experience driving from flight catering companies

  • Holder of Heavy Vehicle driving license

  • At least High School graduate

  • Good English communication skills

  • Computer literate

 

OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTRE

Duty Officer – OCC

  • Minimum of 4 years of job related experience in supervisory level with an overall knowledge of Airline Catering Procedures.

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree

  • Certificate in HACCP and Airline Security is preferable.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, exposure working with large multi-cultural workforce and ability to delegate work, set clear direction and to deliver tasks within tight deadlines.

  • Excellent personnel development skills including team building, positive attitude, strong leadership skills, attention to detail, hands on approach to the daily operation, and proficiency on advanced computer applications are essential requirements of the job.

 

Control Room Supervisor

  • Minimum of 6 years of job related experience with an overall knowledge of Airline Catering Procedures.

  • At least High School graduate

  • Certificate in HACCP and Airline Security is preferable.

  • Good English communication skills

  • Advanced computer knowledge

  • Excellent personnel development skills including team building, hands on approach to the daily operation,

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and operational emergencies.

  • It is preferred that you have practical and technical knowledge, experience with flight schedules, Sitatext operations, dispatch procedure management and airline security procedures.

     

Senior Operations Control Centre Agent

  • Minimum of 5 years of job related experience with an overall knowledge of Airline Catering Procedures.

  • At least High School graduate

  • Knowledge of Sitatext, flight schedule, dispatch procedures and airline security procedures will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to comprehensively carry out daily activities ensuring a high standard of accuracy in all matters and effectively deal with demanding situations.

  • Excellent personnel development skills including team building, hands on approach to the daily operation,

  • Good English communication skills

  • Advanced computer knowledge

 

AIRLINE SERVICES

Ware Washing Supervisor:

  • Minimum 6 years supervisory/ managerial experience in kitchen stewarding from 5 stars hotel, medium to large capacity restaurants, cruise ships, Industrial/commercial catering or hospital catering

  • At least High School graduate

  • Computer literate

  • Good English communication skills

 

Equipment Packing Duty Supervisor

  • Minimum 6 years supervisory/ managerial experience from flight catering companies:

  • Good knowledge of inflight catering operations, Galley Loading Plans and Equipment Planning

  • Good systems knowledge (inventory systems and catering portals)

  • At least High School graduate

  • Computer literate

  • Good English communication skills

 

Warewash Administrator:

  • Minimum 4 years administrative experience from:

  • Airline Industry

  • Hospitality Industry

  • Human Resourced Field

  • Strong knowledge in performing activities related to employee attendance, training, leave management, among others.

  • Graduate of a Bachelors degree

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Advanced computer knowledge

 

Uniform and Linen Supervisor

  • Minimum of 6 years job-related experience working in:

    • Airline Industry

    • Commercial Laundry

    • Hospitality Industry

  • Specialized knowledge of different types of linen and textiles and exposure to various linen and related products.

  • At least High School graduate

  • Computer literate

  • Good English communication skills

 

Uniform and Linen Team Leader

  • Minimum of 4 years job-related experience working in:

    • Airline Industry

    • Commercial Laundry

    • Hospitality Industry

  • Specialized knowledge of different types of linen and textiles and exposure to various linen and related products.

  • At least High School graduate

  • Able to generate considerable amount of documentation, from Material Request, Linen Request, Shift Report, Obsolete Record, Accident/ Incident Report, etc.

  • Computer literate

  • Good English communication skills

 

Uniform and Linen Agent

  • Minimum of 4 years job-related experience working in:

    • Airline Industry

    • Commercial Laundry

    • Hospitality Industry

  • Knowledge of HACCP and possess good knowledge of different types of linen and textiles and exposure to various linen and related products.

  • At least High School graduate

  • Computer literate

  • Good English communication skills
