About Your Job:

You will be responsible in implementation and following up of code share and commercial agreements with partner airlines to improve QR revenue and exposure. You will manage day to day operation of code-share relationships which include negotiations on revenue share with partner airlines. You will determine and adjust procedures and rules as necessary to meet business requirements and agree to deliver strict deadlines on implementations.

You will evaluate and implement new partnership in coordination with stakeholder departments like Revenue Management, Pricing/Sales, Ground Services and Contracts. You will be responsible in leading financial negotiations on revenue share with partner airlines and co-ordinate inter-departmental teams for implementation and resolution of problems. You will also be responsible for the implementation of 2 – 4 partners per year.

About You:

You should hold a Bachelor Degree with 5 years of job related experience out of which 2 years of experience in operating at this level. You must have experience in an International Airline Alliances or Interline department and knowledge on Proration, Fares and Ticketing. Knowledge of Amadeus and Netline plan would be an added advantage for this role.

You must be able to work independently and under pressure with no direct staff supervision with the ability to define tight timescales and budget. You must be able to manage change and adapt to a multi-cultural working environment. We are looking for someone with strong influencing and negotiation skills as well as ability to manage relationships across all levels within the organisation. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
