You will be responsible to provide direct supervision and leadership to the stores team in their area of responsibility in the delivery of operational stores support to QAS.
Organise and plan the operational delivery for requisitions, receipts and issues within QAS Stores.
Oversee all stores transaction processing (requisitions, receipts, issues and deliveries) taking place within QAS Stores.
Supervise and conduct all Quarterly Stock Taking and reconciliation activities within QAS Stores.
Organise QAS Stores staff in order to provide the most efficient and effective daily service to QAS
Conduct workplace inspections of the QAS Stores area on a weekly basis ensuring all issues are reported or resolved as required.
Ensure all stores related documentation is accurate and archived correctly.
