About your job:

The Lead Commercial Officer IOC represents the commercial division within the Integrated Operations Centre infrastructure and coordinates with the Revenue management Team for critical commercial decisions. He ensure commercial feedback & impact is considered along with other operational factors in the entire decision making process to mitigate disruptions and normalize airline operations; he also manage a team of Commercial IOC Officers and ensure adequate resource coverage is available at all times.

The operational accountabilities of the Lead Officer are:

  • Manage effectively the Team and measure the performance of the Commercial IOC Officer and mentor the Team.
  • Coordinate with IT and MIS to design and implement reports and decision making tool.
  • Formulate & measure the Commercial IOC performance.
  • Formulate strategies and publish to stakeholders ( based on passenger volume/ connections & revenue impact)
About You:

The ideal candidate for this role has a Bachelor Degree or equivalent, minimum 7 years of experience in airline or travel industry at supervisor level or equivalent; and minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management.

He must also have experience in passenger handling or disruption management; experience with Amadeus, Altea Inventory and AIMS systems; strong analytical and quantitative skills, problem solving, communication, influencing and managerial skills.Fluent in written and spoken English, customer focused and able to make decision working under pressure.
