As Regional HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading the HR strategy across the region, mainly North Asia. You will lead on matters regarding HR strategy and operations for a growing client population covering multiple stations.
You will function as strategic HR Business Partner to the Regional Leadership team (Commercial, Ground Services, Cargo and Finance) and work with internal stakeholders to develop HR strategies and policies that support business growth and reinforce a culture of performance.
The role will require a person who is capable of working strategic while also undertake operational day to day work.
You will lead and provide strategic guidance in relation to organisational design and development, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance and reward, and employee engagement.
The role will be placed in Singapore with some travel to the regional offices.
