About Your Job:

The End User Computing (EUC) Technical Architect is responsible for determining the End User Computing needs. Designing and implementing the solution to meet QR business requirement and service offerings based on emerging technologies. The EUC Technical Architect is required to communicate and share knowledge of the End User Computing industry frameworks and best practices; Translate user case study and requirements into business case and solution to meet the requirement; Ensure delivered solutions are realized in committed time frame.


The role will be responsible for working in conjunction with the Solutions Team on the estimation and refinement of solutions as well as manage scope and risk. Ensure more than 90% of the End Points in QR are compliant with the latest IT Security standards. You will manage the SCCM infrastructure which is critical for mass deployments, Software/Hardware inventory and to address emergency crisis needs as well as manage the Nexthink tool which is vital for proactive Desktop monitoring and Forensics analysis. You have to meet Local and International SMS business communication requirement, integrated across application to send and receive SMS’s. Maintain SMS billing and tracking. You will setup and support VDMS solution across QR meeting Security and compliance standard. You will also be responsible for providing L3 support to CS, Outstation and HIA Desktop team while in Major Incident and Problem Management and maintaining OS and Software library to meet Application packaging requirement and deployment. Defining QR standard common operating environment and standards.


About You:

To be successful in this role, you are required to hold an Engineering Diploma in Computers/Engineering and a certification in Microsoft Technologies, CCNA & ITIL Foundation. You must have minimum of 7 years of total experience encompassing SCCM, Nexthink system, Level 3 troubleshooting of Desktop OS, SMS Gateway Infrastructure & Managed Print environment. You should possess strong Technical, Project Execution and transformation skills. You should be able to effectively plan, coordinate & meet deadlines; Self-driven, able to prioritize tasks and implement changes; you should be able to communicate effectively between various stakeholders and customers.

Ability to interact with all levels of users (End-users/ Senior Executives). Customer-centric and Service oriented. Excellent communication skills along with the ability to mentor others in a team environment.
