To be successful in this role, you are required to hold an Engineering Diploma in Computers/Engineering and a certification in Microsoft Technologies, CCNA & ITIL Foundation. You must have minimum of 7 years of total experience encompassing SCCM, Nexthink system, Level 3 troubleshooting of Desktop OS, SMS Gateway Infrastructure & Managed Print environment. You should possess strong Technical, Project Execution and transformation skills. You should be able to effectively plan, coordinate & meet deadlines; Self-driven, able to prioritize tasks and implement changes; you should be able to communicate effectively between various stakeholders and customers.
Ability to interact with all levels of users (End-users/ Senior Executives). Customer-centric and Service oriented. Excellent communication skills along with the ability to mentor others in a team environment.
