About Your Job::

As a Reservations Agent based in Karachi, you will provide service excellence to Qatar Airways customers through telephone, email and fax and optimise passenger satisfaction. Your main duties will be making new reservations; changes to existing reservations; quoting the correct fares, rules of carriage; issuance / re-issuance of tickets; and processing any refunds.

You must be interactive, customer service oriented person with warm, cheerful and expressive personality and excellent communication skills

Additionally you will be responsible to liaise with all airline personnel to ensure maximum support to passengers and immediate attention to queries relating to clearance and dispute of ADM’s, special handling requests and other issues.

About You::

To be successful in this role you will need a Trade or Vocational Qualification and preferably  a recognized IATA  or similar Airline Advanced Passenger Tariff Course.

You would need to have a minimum of 3 Years of Job related experience  with preferably 2 Years being in another Airline / Travel Agency with knowledge of Amadeus reservation program. IATA BSP ticketing or airline Basic Tariff courses will be an advantage.
