Abour Your Job:

As the Senior Sales Executive, you will provide strategic account development and management to regionally designated Corporate Accounts, Travel Management Companies and Agencies within the designated geographic area.

You will deliver revenue targets for the assigned portfolio of accounts through strategic and tactical efforts including, but not limited to, contract negotiation, RFP process, track account performance, identify opportunities and ensure full implementation, provide account support and service and responsible management of all facets of corporate and agency point-of-sale and back-end incentive programs.

In addition, you will serve as the commercial support liaison between National Sales, Pricing, Business Development, Head Office counterparts and other departments as necessary ensuring the top revenue opportunities are appropriately prioritized. You will also be responsible for continuously improving the quality and timeliness of account performance and decision-support efforts for Sales.

You will also implement consistent, accurate and efficiently coordinated initiatives that drive sales actions to support QR commercial objectives. You will contribute your market knowledge, analytical expertise, business knowledge and ideas to various ad hoc projects, including the development of internal and external presentations

About You:

To be effective in this role, you will need a relevant bachelor’s degree combined with five years of job-related experience. You will need a demonstrated track record of revenue delivery. Prior experience within the travel industry, preferably airlines, is essential for this position. You will have excellent relationship building skills combined with strong negotiation skills. It is also suggested to have solid experience in dealing with procurement, travel managers, consulting staff; knowledge of Prism and ability to address proper positioning of QR within Corporate Accounts as well as concrete knowledge of RFPs and process and needs.
