You will be responsible to handle an Operations Shift independently and able to control the Unit activities as a whole, if need arises.
You have to manage all operational aspects of Service deilivery during your shift and ensure that the product and services for flights and non-flight orders are delivered to agreed standards and within budget and in line with the hygiene procedures. Ensure that the quality, style and concept of the QR food & beverage product, is correctly delivered on Flights. You have to make sure all food safety and HACC procedures of the company are adhered to and all staff and other resources are correctly used and productivity ensured in the shift. Keep regular liaision with other departments like Admin, Assembly, Ware Wash, Equipment Packing and Laundry to ensure proper communications at all times with regards to catering uplift and special services.
You will be required to manage, lead, and train all staff in your Shift in order to create dynamic, high-performance Operations Team that can meet the operational needs.
