You will be reporting to cargo manager China and operate safe cargo operations through enforcement of QR standards & procedures. You will be involved in planning, supervising & supporting station/regional staff (Ground Sales Agent's/Ground Handling Agent's included) in order to provide quality customer service. You will be responsible for enforcement of all SOPs to state, company, regulatory bodies laws, regulations, pertaining to safety and security is complied with at all times. You will communicate with head office of any changes to local / states laws that impact day to day activities, revenue and cost. You will assist with the generation of cargo sales and marketing reports . You will also provide support in areas of customer sales services and operations, while leasing with GSAs / GHAs.
You will ensure On-time performance of flights keeping safety as the overriding factor. You will also have to prepare reports when requested by the management and keep all stations records & station cargo library up to date. You will also endure optimum utilization of freighter space and assist with the load plans to achieve maximum load factor.
You shall also be responsible to ensure that all staff members under the jurisdiction adhere to the companies' policies and procedures, upholding safety and security. You will represent QR Cargo and will be the focal point for all activities and queries from customers, ensures that QR Cargo provides total customer satisfaction with service quality excellence consistently. You will be required to manage a team within the department and supervise Non Managers and professionals.
